Woo! American University mentioned on InstaPundit!: Oh wait, it's for those wonderful munitions buried on campus. Woo. Anyone interested in the project should probably follow to here, the official website of the excavation. I suppose Glenn's larger point holds, that finding the mustard gas on campus has been a problem, so that finding similar type of weaponry in a country is the same.

Final anecdote on this story: The McKinley Building has a plaque at its entrance describing the testing done at AU during WWI for chemical weaponry. It was grafffited with anti-war slogans this spring.
