OK, this has to stop now:

Contrary to what Baseball Crank and Thomas Galvin would have you believe, I am not a Mets blog. I am not even a Mets fan. I'm a Yankees fan. My sidebar during last year's playoffs was "Supporting the Evil Empire since 1988).

I know why I'm tagged this way. It's this post from the winter, proposing a Jacque Jones for Ty Wigginton deal. But that's about the extent of my heavy-duty baseball blogging.

Want me to prove it? I've had 368 posts before this one in the history of this blog. A search for "Yankees" comes up with 10 items. "Mets"? 8 items. "Baseball"? 31 posts. No, I dabble in everything here, and while that probably makes me less palatable as someone to read, I'll try to at least amuse you.
