Uber Link Dump:
I need to get rid of some links, before they get totally stale.
Reality TV Gets Political Spin in Red/Blue. This strikes me as an interesting idea that no one will watch. Except me, of course. If they cast it right, it'll be like Campaign Management Institute on speed.
The Mystery of the "Mystery Flavor" of Dum-Dums....revealed!
I missed all the blog hubbub about Al Gore's Current TV. But Slate's Surfergirl has what I feel is the best, more complete take on the subject., Also, in completely ignored news, one of the hosts is Amaya from RW: Hawaii, who has escaped from the BMP cycle of constant stretching of fame in lame Challenges, and is doing...something.
If the ride is fly, you must buy. If only I'd gotten the biography of Lee Iacocca seven years ago instead of the memoirs of Tip O'Neill at that used bookstore down the shore.
Tourist whine about Metro. I am unimpressed.
Progressive Boink's Sandlot tribute. In what has to be an artistic travesty, Best Buy is now selling Sandlot and Sandlot 2 as a package. Spew.
And finally, a court case in Reading, PA, in which ...prosecutors failed to prove Miller Genuine Draft is indeed beer..
I'm out for the rest of the week. Will attempt for more content Monday.
